摘要
在一个由人力资本和非人力资本构成的特別合约中,所有者和经营者间委托代理最优契约形式的选择,关键取决于制订委托代理契约成本的大小,而所有者和经营者间契约交易的对象是经营者人力资本产权,因此,经营者人力资本产权界定的契约成本的大小,就决定了企业最优委托代理契约形式的选择。文章以人力资本产权为切入点,来分析浙江民营企业委托代理契约演化及其内在原因。
In a special contract consisting of human capital and non-human capital, the contract cost always decides the form of best contract of principal and agent between the owner and administrator. The exchange object of the contract between the owner and administrator is the property rights of administrator's human capital, in this way, the enterprisers choice of the best form of principal and agent contract is decided by the cost of contract defined by administrator's human capital property rights. In the article, the author analyses the process and the inner reasons of the principal and agent contracts' evolution of Zhejiang private enterprise based on the property rights of human capital.
