利用疫苗控制禽流感

摘要 近年来,由于口蹄疫、猪瘟及禽流感(AI)等国际兽疫局(OIE)规定的A类家畜烈性传染病的流行,因执行扑杀政策,致使数百万的动物被扑杀。仅仅从加强养殖场环境卫生、扑杀感染动物、疑似感染动物及疑似接触过污染物的动物来执行防制战略并不能有效地避免疫病的扩散,特别在动物饲养密度高的地区,扑杀政策会使大量动物不可避免地被扑杀。这些地区增加了疫病扩散的风险,发生疫病流行会造成严重的经济后果。
