摘要
目的 短期观察氯沙坦对早期糖尿病肾病 (DN)患者尿蛋白的排泄和肾功能的影响。方法 2 2例早期 DN患者在抗糖尿病常规治疗的基础上加用氯沙坦 (5 0 mg/d) ,短期观察 10～ 12周。结果 病人治疗前后血糖均无明显改变 (P>0 .0 5 )。尿微量白蛋白下降 ,肌酐清除率 (Ccr)也明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,但尿素氮 (BU N)、肌酐 (Cr)无明显改变。结论 早期 DN的治疗中使用氯沙坦 ,可以降低尿蛋白排泄 ,阻止肾脏损害的发展 ,保护肾功能。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of losartan tablets on excretion of urinary protein and kidney function in patients with early phased diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods Twenty two patients with early phased DN based on conventional therapy of diabetes were treated with losartan tablets (50 mg/d),and observed for 10～12 weeks.Result Changes of blood sugar,BUN,and Cr were not significant(all P>0.05).Excretion of urinary trace albumin decreased markedly,so did creatinine clearance (both P<0.01).Conclusion Losartan tablets can decrease the excretion of urinary protein,inhibit progression of kidney damage,and keep normal renal function.
