摘要
汝城县是湖南省的贫困县 ,矿业经济是其经济支柱之一。由于矿产资源开发利用中存在一系列问题 ,矿产资源开发潜力巨大的优势并没有体现出来。文章在重点分析矿产资源开发潜力和供需形势的基础上 ,提出了弃弱扶强、提高综合利用水平等可持续发展对策 。
Rucheng county is a poor one in Hunan province, where the mining industry acts as one of economical props. But the advantages of great exploitation potentialities of minerals resources are not given full play to due to a series of the problems existing in exploiting mineral resources. This paper puts emphasis on the analyses of the exploitation potentialities and supply and demand situations of minerals resources, then based on these, presents such countermeasures of the sustainable development of mining industry as abandoning the small and weak mining enterprises but supporting the big and powerful ones, rising the level of comprehensive utilization of mineral resources, aiming to give a reference for the development of the mining industry in Rucheng county or even the national economy.
