摘要
凡口铅锌矿的矿井通风机采用高压同步电机和高压异步电机驱动 ,通过采用直接高压变频器和三电平变频器 ,实现了通风机运行的变频调速 ,取得了显著的节能效果。阐述了风机调速节能的原理 。
In Fangkou Lead-Zinc Mine, the mine ventilators are driven by high-voltage synchronous motor or high-voltage asynchronous motor. By adopting direct high-voltage frequency converter and three-potential high-voltage frequency converter, the frequency-conversion seep regulation of the operation of mine ventilators has been achieved, resulting in remarket power economization. This paper expounds the principle of economizing power by seep regulation for ventilation, describes the structure and operating principle of the high-voltage frequency converters.
