摘要
梅山铁矿选矿厂为满足生产能力提高的需要 ,针对该矿矿物种类多 ,矿物硬度差别大的特点 ,新增了 1套棒磨—螺旋分级—球磨—旋流分级流程。通过生产调试 ,确定了该工艺流程的适宜工艺参数 ,并针对该磨矿分级流程出现的问题进行了技术改造。稳定运转 1个月 ,取得了最终分级溢流浓度为 37.74 % ,- 2 0 0目占 70 .34%的指标。结合应用实践 ,提出了改善分级效果的措施 :降低旋流器的给矿浓度 ,稳定其给矿压力 ,选用小直径旋流分级器 。
In the ore-concentration plant of Meishan Iron Mine, in order to meet the needs of increasing production capacity, a process flow of rod milling—spiral classifier classifying—ball milling—cyclone classifying has been added in the light of such characteristics of the ore as a considerable variety of minerals and very differential hardness of various minerals. Through the production shakedown test of this process flow, its suitable technological parameters have been determined, and technical transformations have been carried out in connection with the problems presenting during its shakedown test. After this process flow stably ran for one month, such indexes have been achieved as the concentration of final overflow of 37.74% and the content of -200mesh fine of 70.34%. This paper puts foreword some measures for improving the classifation results:decreasing pulpfeed contention of cyclone classifier, stabilizing the pulp-feed pressure of cyclone classifier, using minor diameter and playing the role of spiral classifier.
