摘要
Bentall手术中的出血是一个危险和棘手的问题。作者自1988年4月～1990年4月连续为3例马凡综合征患者行Bentall手术均获成功。本文就术中出血的防治讨论了有关人工血管预凝方法、血管吻合的技术细节、出血的处理原则以及各种止血药物和措施的应用等问题。
Bleeding is a dangerous and tough problem during Bentall operation. From April 1988 to April 1990,3 consecutive cases of Marfan syndrome were successfully treated with Bentall operation. Authors discussed the key points of prevention and management of bleeding including, method of preclot of the prosthesis; techniques of vascular anastomoses; principles of management of various forms of bleeding and the usage of hemostatic drugs and methods.
