县域经济的发展关系到全面建设小康社会目标的实现,它受到诸多因素的制约,特别是“三农”问题的制约。政府开辟特殊支持渠道和建立统一开放的农业投资体制,并以此大力发展民营经济等,对于解决“三农”问题和发展县域经济而言,是不可或缺的依赖路径。
the development of 'Xian-Yu' economy is relation to the realize of full-well society, which is restricted by a lot of factors, especially the question of 'San-Nong'. The government should exploit the especial supported-way and build a uniform and opening system of agricultural investment to develop personal economy strongly. It is necessary to solve the Question of 'San-Nong' and develop the 'Xian-Yu' economy.
