摘要
收集472例广西壮族正常胎儿标本,对枕额径和双顶径进行测量,并经统计学处理,得出由胎龄(周)推算枕额径和双顶径的回归方程。结果表明随胎龄的递增,枕额径和双顶径的增长速度是快慢交替的,36周时双顶径为8.6cm,此值可作为本民族胎儿成熟指标之一。
The occipito-frontal diameter (OFD), and biparietal diameter(BPD) of four hundrend and seventy-two foetues of Zhuang Nationality in Guangxi were measured. The result showed different growth rates of DFD and BPD in different foetual stages. The BPD was 8.6 cm by 36 fetul weeks, approximating what have been reported in our country. This may be used as one of the indices for evaluating the maturity of fetus of Zhuang Nationality in Guangxi.
