摘要
文章是在国家实施嵊泗大小洋山深水港工程计划以及上海建设国际航运中心的背景下,探讨嵊泗列岛旅游发展的机遇及发展模式。从世界海滨海岛与港口旅游发展经验来看,嵊泗列岛应选择重大设施带动型发展模式,实施"桥—港—景"联动发展。构建全新的生态型旅游空间格局,推出独具魅力的旅游产品,策划面向世界的太平洋旅游热线,提供与上海都市乃至国际接轨的服务产品;建设洋山桥港观光、泗礁生态度假、花绿—枸嵊海岛特种旅游三大组团式旅游功能区,以带动周边岛屿与海域的开发。
The purpose of this paper is to discuss the tourism developing opportunity and pattern of the Shengsi Islands and Islets under the background that China has planned to build a deep water wharf in the Dayangshan and Xiaoyangshan Islands in Shengsi and that Shanghai is to become an international shipping center. Taking into consideration the tourism developing experience of seashore and seaport in the world, the author suggests that the Shengsi government should choose the big-project-driving developing pattern to co-develop the bridge, the seaport and the scenery relating to the project as tourism resource, which includes establishing brand-new eco-tourism distributing structures, producing special and charming tourism products, planning tourism hits around the Pacific Ocean, offering the service towards Shanghai as well as the whole world and building as a whole three tourism functioning areas——Yangshan Port sightseeing, Shengsi eco-vacation and Hualu-Gousheng Island's special tourism, which can also promote the tourism development of the islands and sea areas nearby.
