维胺酯治疗系统性硬皮病20例临床疗效观察

摘要 目的　探讨维胺酯治疗系统性硬皮病的方法及疗效。方法　口服维胺酯胶囊治疗 ,共 2 0例 ,疗程 2年以上 ,并长期追踪观察其疗效及不良反应。结果　患者经过治疗后 ,病情明显得到控制 ,症状、体征明显改善 ,取得了显著的疗效 ,生活质量大大提高 ,不良反应少。结论　维胺酯虽然不能彻底治愈该病 ,需长期服维持量 ,但是与用糖皮质激素治疗相比 ,其有疗效等同及副作用少等优点。
