摘要
以CaCO3 为载体 ,用共沉淀法制备了Cu Ni Ba三元胺化催化剂。用月桂醇和二甲胺反应测试催化剂的催化性能 ,研究了Ba作为助催化剂对Cu Ni体系性能的影响。结果表明加入Ba可以有效提高催化剂的选择性。通过用XPS等手段研究催化剂中Ni的价态 ,发现Ba能够抑制催化剂中氧化态Ni的还原 ,使Ni保持相对较高的价态。低价Ni越少 。
Cu-Ni and Cu-Ni-Ba catalysts were prepared by co-sedimentation with CaCO 3 as supportder, and the effects of addition of Ba were investigated by amination of lauryl alcohol with dimethylamine. It was found that Ba can effectively promote the selectivity of the catalyst. The catalysts were tested by XPS and the resuts showed that the addition of Ba could inhibit the reduction of Ni and maintain higher valency, the lesser the low valent Ni, the higher is the selectivity.
