摘要
目的 总结应用改良手助式腹腔镜右半结肠切除术的经验。方法 自 2 0 0 1年 9月至 2 0 0 3年 12月 ,应用手助式腹腔镜技术行右半结肠切除 12例。结果 12例病人手术均获成功 ,无一例中转开腹 ,手术时间为180～ 2 2 0min ,术后恢复良好 ,无切口感染、吻合口瘘、肠梗阻等并发症。随访 1～ 2 4个月 ,无切口肿瘤复发及肠梗阻的发生。结论 对于无远处转移的右侧结肠恶性肿瘤病人 ,应用手助腹腔镜行右半结肠切除术是安全、可行的。
Objective To summarize the experience of hand-assisted laparoscopic surgery in right hemi-colorectomy.Methods From September 2001 to December 2003, 12 patients underwent hand-assisted laparoscopic right hemi-colorectomy. The results of operation and complications were studied retrospectively. The mean follow-up was 1～24 months. Results All the cases were successfully performed with no convertion. All patients returned to normal life very soon. There were no port-site infection,stoma fistula or ileus. Trocar site and wound recurrences of malignancies and intestinal obstruction did not occur during the follow-up time. Conlclusions For right colon malignant tumor without far metastasis, hand-assisted laparoscopic procedure is safe and feasible with good therapeutic results.
