摘要
1996年后,为了缓解通货紧缩对我国经济运行的压力,刺激经济增长,央行采取了一系列重大举措,但由于种种因素制约,政策未能达到预期效果。本文将对影响货币政策传导机制效率的各种因素进行分析,并提出完善货币政策传导机制的建议。
After 1996, the Central Bank launched a series of policies to relieve the pressure of currency deflation with the purpose of stimulating the economic growth, but did not achieve its expected goals. This paper analyzes the major factors influencing the transmission of monetary policies and comes up with suggestions for its improvement.
