摘要
研究了 0~ 2℃低温胁迫下半冬性和弱春性小麦苗期、拔节期叶片中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛 (MDA)、可溶性糖 (WSS)和脯氨酸 (Pro)含量的变化。结果表明 :半冬性小麦SOD活性升高和MDA含量下降的幅度均大于弱春性品种 ,前者WSS和Pro积累也较后者多 ;苗期 2个品种 4项指标的差异显著 ,拔节期差异变小 ;小麦拔节期对持续低温的耐受力较弱。
Studies on the change superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and contents of malondialdehyde (MDA),water soluble sugar (WSS) and proline (Pro) in leaves of semi winter and feeble spring wheat in seedling and jointing stages at low temperature stress of 0-2 ℃.Showed that the range of SOD activity increase and MDA content decrease in semi winter wheat were higher than those in feeble spring wheat and accumulation of WSS and Pro of the former was more than that of the latter.Variation between two varieties was significant on four physiological and biochemical properties of wheat in seedling stage was smaller in jointing stage.Cold endurance was feebler in jointing stage of wheat.
