摘要
用拉压力传感器组成冲天炉自动配料系统 ,利用 89C5 1单片机实时计算电磁铁所吸料重及输入料重的误差 ,实现料重误差的自动递补功能 ,实测表明这种配料系统配料精度高 ,具有广阔的应用前景。
A simple and practical cupola’s self-motion compounding ingredients system made up of pull-pressure sensors has been introduced. The function of automatic fill-error is realized by utilizing 89C51 single chip microcomputer to calculate the weight error of electromagnetism iron during absorption and input of material processes. This system can be used widely.
