摘要
结合呼和浩特市引黄供水工程管线长、坡度平缓且进水池水位高、管轴线为倒坡的特点 ,分析了该系统事故停泵水力过渡过程的特点是水锤压力不大 ,但由于管中水体汽化而大量存气 ,提出了在水泵两端并联一根旁通管的工程措施 ,并介绍了旁通管的工作原理及其边界条件的数学模型 ,通过数值模拟分析验证了该方案的可行性。
Through integrating the characteristics of long pipeline,slow slope,high water level of inlet pond,and adverse slope of the pipe axial line of the Yellow River Water Diversion Water Supply Project in Huhehaote City,the features of the hydraulic transient process of the system failure stop are analyzed: the hammer pressure is not great,but a large quantity of gas exists in the pipe due to water boil-off. In this paper,the strategy of installing a parallel by-pass pipe at the two ends of pump is put forward,and the work theory and boundary condition of by-pass pipe are also introduced. Finally,the feasibility of this method is proved by numerical simulation.
