摘要
目的 :活体状态下观察家兔大脑皮质内微循环。方法 :在开放颅窗的家兔动物模型上 ,荧光素标记血浆 ,罗丹明 6G标记WBC ,用共聚焦激光扫描显微镜活体观测正常状态下家兔大脑皮质内 3 0 0 μm处的微循环。结果 :动脉影像上有明显的充盈立体感 ,边缘清晰明确 ,可辩清两根动脉之间的互相走行关系 ,见“藤样”、“环样”结构 ,“喷泉”样分支 ,也见有动脉吻合成“环状” ,还见到“树枝”样动脉 ,“灌木丛”样且互相间吻合成网。静脉影像在外观上似较空虚的“囊样” ,与动脉形成鲜明对比 ,在静脉影像边缘处可见有一些压迹 ,还见有动静脉吻合及不同动脉分支间吻合。毛细血管迂曲盘绕形成血管袢 ,相互间也存在有吻合 ,以及与大脑皮质垂直方向的相互缠绕的柱形血管结构。白细胞在动静脉内都有贴壁现象 ,且静脉内贴壁现象较动脉内多。结论 :家兔大脑皮质内可见多种形态的血管结构 ,与人类的脑血管形态相似 ;
Objective: To observe the microcirculation within the cerebral cortex of normal state Rabbit.Method: Confocal Laser scanning microscopy was used in a rabbit opened cranial window.Plasma was labeled by fluorescein and WBC was labeled by rhodamine 6G.Results: The shape of microvessels within the cerebral cortex is find that is rattan like and ring like structure, fountain like branch and microartery coincide each other to form a circle;the artery are the same as branch of the tree and bush, and the micrangium form the net each other;the shape of vein is a vacant bag,the some impression on the border of vein. There are many anastomotic vessel between the arteries or between artery and vein. tortuous microvessels form the ansiform of vessel;and there is the cylindrical structure of microvessel within the cerebral cortex.Many wall-attachment WBC on the microvessel, and there are more wall-attachment WBC in the artery than vein.Conclusion: The shape of microvessels within the cerebral cortex is polymorphism. the shape of microvessels within the cerebral cortex of rabbit look like the humanity.there is the cylindrical structure of microvessel within the cerebral cortex.
