摘要
研究了N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NMA)在蚕丝绸上的常温γ辐照固相接枝共聚的机理和反应动力学。结果表明经50℃鼓风干燥过的蚕丝绸同NMA的固体混合物,可以发生γ辐照固相接枝。其反应由自由基型聚合和离子型聚合两部分组成。当辐照剂量率I≥2.524kGy/h、固体混合物中NMA含量[M]<17%、含水率[X]≤0.93%、室温时,这种固相接枝共聚的速度R_g可以用如下方程式描述R_G=1.373×10^(-2)[M]I^(1/2)+3.209×10^(-4)[M][X]^(-1)I.
The mechanism and kinetics of the solid phase radiation graftcopolymerization of N-methylolacrylamide (NMA) onto silk fabric beve been studied.The results showed that the graft copolymerization may take place in the solid mixturefo silk fabric and NMA dried by air blast at 50℃. The graft copolymerization consistsof two parts, i. e. rddical and ionic polymerization. Under the conditions of the doserate I≥2. 524 kGy/h, NMA content [M]<17% and moisture [X]≤0.93% in theso1id mixture, and at room temperature. the rate R_g of solid phase graft copolymeri-zation may be described as following equation R_g = 1.373×10^(-2)[M] I^(1'2) + 3.209×10^(-4)[M] [X]^(-1)I
