摘要
本文报道了氚水β射线照射雄性小鼠诱发显性致死突变的研究结果。小鼠精细胞受照剂量为0.073-0.71Gy时,与其交配后怀孕的正常雌鼠的植入后丢失率与受照剂量呈正相关的关系;显性致死突变率亦随着受照剂量的增加而增高。在受照剂量为0.494Gy时,初级精母细胞的辐射敏感性似乎高于精原细胞和精细胞。
The frequency of dominant lethal mutation (DLM) in the germ cellsof male mice induced by HTO-irradiation was Studied. HTO was injected to the malemice at the active concentration of 3.22-31.23×10~2 kBq/g. b. w. which emitted theaccumulative doses of 0.073-0.710 Gy within the following 20 days. The resultssuggested that the frequencies of DLM and post implantation loss induced at spermatidsincreased with the increasing of the dose absorbed. Primary spermatocytes appearedto be more radiosensitive than spermatognia and spermatids when the germ cells wereexposed at 0.494 Gy.
