摘要
把复配载银纳米抗菌剂按不同比例加入到陶瓷釉料中,涂于底釉上,经过1200℃烧成,得到表面具有抗菌性的白色高致密度的陶瓷片。表面性能测试、SEM分析和抗菌试验表明:加入纳米抗菌剂的表面釉断面气孔边缘平滑,气孔形状为圆形、大小均匀,是未加纳米抗菌剂的釉断面气孔孔径的1/3。在釉料加入纳米抗菌剂后,陶瓷表面形成超亲水膜,不渗油。在釉料中加入1%的抗菌剂,对大肠杆菌的杀菌率达到99.3%,对金黄葡萄球菌的杀菌率为100%,多组分复配抗菌剂比单组分抗菌剂杀菌效果好。
The white ceramic pieces of high density were prepared when the antibacterium nanopowder with Ag^+ was coated on the basic glaze by 1 200℃ calcination. SEM show the gas holes with smooth circles and uniform sizes on the ceramic surface and the diameters of gas holes being twice less than on general ceramic. The tests of surface properties show that super-hydrophilic membrane formed on the surface and no oil permeation when 1%-2% antibacterium nonopowder was added. The antibacterium tests indicate that 99.3% antibacterium efficiency to coli and 100% to golden staphylococcus when 1% antibacterium nanopowder was added. The multi-component antibacterium nanopowders are better than the single-component one.
