辛伐他汀对急性心肌梗死溶栓治疗QT间期离散度的影响 被引量：1

摘要 目的 :探讨辛伐他汀对急性心肌梗死 ( AMI)溶栓治疗前后 QT间期离散度( QTd)的变化。方法 :将 32例施行溶栓治疗的急性心肌梗死患者分为两组 :试验组 1 4例 ,对照组 1 8例。对照组进行常规溶栓治疗 ,试验组加入辛伐他汀干预 ,观察 QT间期及其离散度的变化。测定溶栓前及溶栓后 2、8、2 4、48h和 1周的同步 1 2导联心电图 QTd。结果 :溶栓后 ,试验组与对照组 QTd各对应时间段相比 ,有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 1 )。结论
