摘要
研制一种用于高压液相色谱(HPLC)的电化学检测器(ECD)。用该检测器检测了从色谱柱分离出的4种生物胺:肾上腺素(EA)、去甲肾上腺索(NE)、多巴胺(DA)和5-羟色胺(5HT)。结果显示:在0.25～2.25ng范围内线性响应良好;峰高重复性相对偏差2.3％(对1.0ng NE)。EA、NE、DA和5-HT的检测限分别为0.06、0.06,0.07,0.10 ng(信噪比为2.5:1)。
An electrochemical detector for HPLC was designed and manufactured. The detector was utilized to detect four biogenic amines (EA, NE, DA, and 5-HT) separated on the strong cation resin column. The linear response was good in the range of 0.25 - 2.25 ng. The relative deviation of peak height reproducibility was 2..3% (for 1.0 ng NE). The detecting limit for EA, NE, DA, 5-HT was 0.06, 0.06, 0.07, and 0.1 ng respectively.
