BMP珊瑚植于下颌骨表面后的早期组织学表现 被引量:1

摘要 目的 研究复合BMP的珊瑚人工骨贴附移植于下颌骨表面后局部成骨及与下颌骨的结合情况。方法 12只杂种犬被随机分为4组,每组3只。将复合rhMP-2的珊瑚块植于下颌骨表面,用钛钉将其固定,令其与下颌骨表面尽量贴合。术后于不同时间点取材。制作组织学切片,光学显微镜观察。结果 1W,脱钙后局部残留大量空隙,材料周围包绕纤维结缔组织,组织内可见细胞增生聚集,间克质细胞增殖分化,大量炎细胞浸润。2W,材料内部细胞增生聚集更加明显,血管成分增多,可见新生骨样组织形成。3W,大量新生骨样组织形成,并有片状钙化的新骨沉积,编织骨形成。6W,珊瑚内大量成骨,新骨融合生长并改建成成熟的板层骨,与颌骨形成完全的骨界面。结论 复合BMP的珊瑚人工骨贴附移植于下颌骨表面后早期即可成骨,并可以与下颌骨形成骨结合。
