摘要
从Bi_(12)XO_(20)和Bi_4X_3O_(12)(X=Ge,Si)的点群对称性出发,根据非铁电晶体反常光伏效应的唯象理论,导出了反常光伏电流的一般表达式,比较了它们光伏效应的差异和基本特性。从光伏效应的机制和光折变效应的一般模型出发,分析了 Bi_(12)GeO_(20)中这两种效应的内在联系,并根据光感生极化涨落模型,讨论了反常光生伏特效应产生的机制。
According to the phenomenological theory of the photovoltaiceffect in non-ferroelectries,the directiens and exprcssions of the anomalousphotovolatic currents in Bi_(12)XO_(20) and Bi_4X_3O_(12) (X=Ge,Si) crystals have beenderived on base of the symmetries of point groups.The association between thephotovoltaic effect (PVE) and the photorefractive effect (PRE) in Bi_(12)GeO_(20) isdiscussed,in term of the general model of the photorefractive effect,and alsothe origin of the PVE,in term of the polarization fluctuation model.
