摘要 目的 :探讨急性缺血性脑卒中的有效治疗方法。方法 :查阅国内外有关文献 ,了解国内外治疗的最新动态。结果 :溶栓治疗及卒中单元治疗是急性缺血性脑卒中有效治疗方法。结论 Objective:To explore the effective therapy for acute cerebral ischemic stroke.Method:Reviewing the related articles and learning about the latest domestic therapy.Result:Thrombolytic and stroke unit therapy were effective methods in acute ischemic stroke.Conclusion:Establishing stroke unit based on thrombolysis can improve survive rate and lifequality of stroke patients.
