摘要
目的 :介绍目前用于抗乙肝病毒有效的药物及开发中预计前景较好的药物。方法 :检索近 5年来相关医药文献 ,比较说明药物的疗效。结果 :文中所述几种药物均对抗乙肝病毒治疗有效 ,临床资料表明已经广泛应用的如拉米夫定联合用药效果优于单一用药 ;阿德福韦对于拉米夫定耐药的病毒株有抑制作用。结论 :为了更有效抑制病毒复制 ,降低耐药性的发生 。
Objective:To introduce effective and prospective medicines for hepatitis B virus.Method:Researching related medicinal literatures in recent 5 years,comparing and illustrating the effect.Result:The medicines in literatures were effective in the treatment of hepatitis B.The clinical data showed the medicinal effect of combinating with Lamivudine was superior to that of single medicine. Adefovir inbibited viruses which was resistant to Lamivudine.Conclusion:Combinating treatment and developing medicines with different pharmacological mechanism are the major focuses of medicine research in the furture to inhibit duplication of hepatitis B virus and reduce the resistance of viruses.
