摘要
目的 :探讨预防腹腔镜胆囊切除术 (LC)并发症的途径。方法 :对 12 0 0例良性胆囊疾患病人行LC。结果 :LC时中转开腹胆囊切除 4 2例 ,发生各种并发症 4例 ,均治愈 ,无手术死亡病人。结论 :根据术者的技术熟练状况选择恰当的适应证 ,正确掌握中转手术指征 ,掌握手术的技术特点 。
Objective:To study the prevention of complications of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Method:laparoscopic cholecystectomy were performed in 1200 cases with benign cholecyst illness. Result:There were 42 midway opening cholecystectomy,4 various complications,which were cured.There was no death.Conclusion:LC is a safe andfeasible technique based on accrate appropriate cases,proper opera tive indication and accurate operative procedures.
