摘要
目的 :测定掌弓动脉顶点的体表投影 ,为临床手外科的应用提供参考。方法 :解剖 30例成人手标本的掌浅弓和掌深弓 ,用透明胶片原位描记法将掌中线起、止点和掌弓动脉与掌中线交点描记下来 ,并按 1∶1的比例移于坐标纸上。将掌中线全长 8等分 ,以等分点为标志确定掌弓动脉顶点的体表投影。结果 :掌浅弓顶点投影于掌中线中点 (D点 )附近 ,掌深弓顶点投影于D点近侧第一个 1/ 8分点 (C点 )附近。结论 :以掌中线等分点作为掌弓动脉顶点体表投影标志具有结果稳定 ,少受定位标志变异影响等特点 。
Objective:To provide reference for hand surgery by measuring the surface projections of the top of palmar arcuate arteries in chinese.Mehtods:Both superficial and deep palmar arcuate arteries were dissected on 30 adult hand specimens.Two points,M and N,representing the cross sites of median line of palm with superficial and deep palmar arcuate arteries and two ends of the median line of palm O and P,were depicted on a cellophane film.Then the film was placed on a coordinate paper so that the points mentioned above could be copied on it.The connected O and P was divided into eight equal sections.The division points were used to mark the surface projection of the top of palmar arcuate arteries. Results:The top of superficial palmar arcuate arteries projects D was near the top of deep palmar arch projects C.Conclusion:The surface projection of the top of palmar arcuate arteries are constant.The anatomical data will benefit hand surgery.It is valuable for recommending.
