摘要
分析了铅酸蓄电池定电压充电、定电流充电及脉冲快速充电的原理及特点;详细阐述了初充电、补充充电、去硫充电、预防硫化过充电、锻炼循环充电和均衡充电的工艺过程及注意事项。认为,在实际工作中,要根据蓄电池的不同状态选用不同的充电方法。汽车发电机对蓄电池的充电及部分工程抢修车上的充电设备采用的是定电压充电;充电工作间的初次充电、补充充电、去硫充电、预防硫化过充电、锻炼循环充电和均衡充电则采用定电流和脉冲快速充电。
Principle and characteristic of constant voltage charge, constant current charge, pulse quick charge were analyzed; technology and points for attention of initial charge, additional charge, desulplate charge, overcharge to prevent sulfidation, cycling charge, equalizing charge were described in detail. Results show that charge methods change with charge states of battery in actual work.
