摘要
在柱塞气举工艺及配套工具前期技术储备的基础之上 ,首次应用柱塞气举采油技术解决鄯善油田低产、高含水、低效气举井的问题 ,在现场试验中取得了明显的增产效果。介绍了柱塞气举采油系统分析方法、完井设计方法、配套工具的选型和管柱的优化以及地面装置的配套等相关技术的研究成果 ,对 1口低产井的现场试验结果进行了评价。柱塞气举的试验成功为吐哈油田的低产、高含水、低效气举井的治理提供了新思路和新方法。
Plunger lift was first applied in Tuha Oil Field to solve the problems of high water-cut and low-producing gas lift wells. And obvious effect of production increment was obtained in the field test. The methods for the plunger liftsystem analysis and well completion design are introduced, and a statement is made on the selection of the accessory tools and the optimization of the string as well as the surface equipment matching. The result of the field test on a lowproducing well is evaluated. The success of the plunger lift test in Tuha Oil Field provides a new means for solving the problems of the low producing wells in this oil field.
