摘要
目的 对女性压力性尿失禁初始发病时间进行探讨 ,以便采取预防措施。方法 对我院 2 0 0 0年 1 2月～ 2 0 0 3年 2月期间就诊的全部 4 0 8例女性压力性尿失禁病例的初始发病时间做回顾性分析。结果 初始发病在分娩后 1 2个月内者为 1 6 6例 ,占 4 0 6 9% ,初始发病在更年期或绝经后 2年者为 1 1 5例 ,占 2 8 1 9%。结论分娩后 1 2个月内及更年期或绝经后 2年为患者初始发病比较集中的两个时期 。
Objective To investigate the onset time of stress urinary incontinence (SUI) in women and to propose preventive measures.Methods The onset time of 408 patients with SUI in our hospital was analyzed retrospectively.Results The initiative SUI of 166 patients(40 69%)occurred with in 12 months after delivery,and 115(28 19%) during climacterium or the first two years after menopause.Conclusions The onset time is clustered with in 12 months after delivery,climacterium or 2 years after menopause.We should strengthen the health care for women during these phases.
