摘要
应用应力强度理论,推导出扭杆弹簧预扭强化的应力、残余应力和残余变形的计算公式;对材料双线形强化进行了二次型改进计算,提高了计算精度;并以上述理论为基础,用VB设计程序对具体材料进行实例分析。
Based on the strength theory and the model of torsion bar springs, it deduces the calculating formulas of the stress, the residual stress and residual deformation, sets up a quadratic function to improve solution. This method raises the precision of calculation, a program developed with VB shows the analysis of specific materials.
