摘要
通过建立5-UPS并联机床的优化模型,分析了影响并联机床结构参数的各种因素,求解出使机床的加工范围最大、加工精度最高、5条腿受力最小、机床的外观符合黄金分割的机床的最优结构参数,从而为并联机床的设计提供了依据。
It constructs the optimization model of 5-UPS parallel machine tool, analyzes the various factors related with the structure parameters. The optimal design is obtained, that is maximum space of machining, best precision, minimum loads at 5 supporters, fair framework. The method and results provide the design foundation for parallel machine tools.
