摘要
在企业信息化工程中引入监理制度是解决目前我国企业信息化工程存在的问题的有效手段之一。回顾了监理制度出现的背景和历史,提出了企业信息化工程监理的目标、主要内容,对监理机构及监理人员的性质和基本要求、监理的准则进行了研究,探讨了企业信息化工程监理在我国推广应用的措施。
It is an effective way to apply supervision mechanism to solve the problems in the enterprise information engineering. It reviews the background and history of supervision mechanism, proposes the object and major content of supervision mechanism in enterprise information engineering. It gives the detail about the character and the basic requirement of supervision personnel and organization, the rules of supervision. Finally, it discusses the measures to implement supervision mechanism of enterprise information engineering.
