摘要
研究氧化剂浓度、介质酸度对聚苯胺合成产率及电导率的影响。利用正交试验初步得到合成聚苯胺的最佳配比条件为:苯胺与氧化剂过硫酸铵的摩尔比为1:1,介质盐酸的浓度为1.5mol/L,在此条件下聚苯胺产率91％,电导率3.56S/cm。
Effects of oxidizing agent and acidity of medium on yield and conductivity of synthetic polyaniline was investigated. The optimum mixture ratio has been obtained by means of orthogonal experiments.Under this condition molal ratio of aniline to ammonium persulfate is 1:1 and concentration of chlorhydric acid is 1.5 mol/L and yield of polyaniline is 91% and conductivity is 3.56 S/cm.
