摘要
目的:分析腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC)后近期再手术原因并探讨防范措施。方法:回顾性分析LC术后近期再手术7例临 床资料。结果:LC术后近期再手术原因:腹腔内出血2例,胆漏2例,肝外胆管损伤1例,十二指肠损伤1例,胆囊癌术中漏诊 1例。结论:完善术前检查,规范手术操作与加强术后观察可以减少并发症、降低再术率。
Objective: To analyze causes and problem into preventive measures of the re-operation for the post-LC. Methods: 7 cases who were performed after LC were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Re-operative causes are as follows: intra -abdominal bleeding in 2 cases,bile leakage in 2 cases,injury to the extra-hepatic bile duct in 1 case,injury to the duodenum in 1 case and misdiagnosis of gall-bladder carcinoma in 1 case. Conclusion:It may reduce the complications and re-operative rate of LC to check carefully before operation,to standardize operative procedures and to enhance post-operative observations.
