摘要
为探讨筋膜内子宫切除术宫颈处理的改良方法及其优越性 ,将 16 5例子宫良性病变患者随机分为二组 :研究组 85例 ,行筋膜内子宫切除术时 ,采用高频电刀分阶段按顺序剥离的改良方法剥离宫颈筋膜层 ,并保留少量宫颈组织行宫颈重建术 ;对照组 80例 ,采用传统经腹子宫全切术。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后血尿、术后病率、阴道出血及残端息肉发生率等 ,均有显著性差异。该筋膜内子宫切除改良术式手术时间短 ,出血少 ,手术并发症少 。
To investigate the advantages of the modified intrafascial hysterectomy. 165 patients with benign uterine diseases were randomly divided into two groups:85 in the study group who received the modified intrafascial hysterectomy, including stripping cervical fasciae with proper phase and sequence, and then cervix construction. 80 in the control group who received the traditional abdominal hysterectomy. The difference was significant between two groups. Less operative duration, blood loss, postoperative hematuria,postoperative morbidity,vaginal bleeding,and vaginal stump polypus were observed in the study group. The modified intrafascial hysterectomy has more advantages than the traditional abdominal hysterectomy.
