摘要
国内引进西屋电气公司技术生产的300MW、600MW汽轮机的低压转子为对称双流布置,而低压第6级(次末级)叶片已在多台机组上发生损坏事故,从该级叶片(因工作高度为474.62mm,简称“474”叶片)的结构、振动特性、应力集中、腐蚀环境等几个方面对叶片损坏原因进行了分析,提出了对该叶片的处理措施,并对需要开展的研究工作提出了建议。
The 300 MW and 600 MW steam turbines manufactured according to Westhouse patent represent the inter-
national technological level of 1970's.The low pressure rotators are symmetrically configured with double-flow ar-
rangement. The damage of the sixth stage low pressure blade (next to the last stage) has been occurred in a number
of units. Since the working height of the blade is 474.62 mm, they are called '474' blade. The damage cause of the
blade was analyzed from respects of blade structure, vibration characteristic. stress concentration and corrosion envi-
ronment. The settling measurement and the research work needed to be conducted in the future were given.
