摘要
详细介绍了MP3编码中位分配环节的加速问题,探讨了现有的内循环和外循环的加速方法,并对现有的快速位分配算法做了合理有效的完善与改进,使之更符合编码标准提出的要求,保证了尽可能少的失真频带数。给出了该算法的理论推导和对几段音乐的加速效果,实验结果证明该快速位分配算法在低位率时加速效果比较明显。
The speeding up of the bit allocation process in the MP3encoder is introduced in detail and the speeding up algorithms of the inner loop and outer loop are discussed separately.The improvements to the existing method are proposed to make it more effective and to ensure the quality of the music.The theory of this method and the encoding speed of three sections of music are given,and the results prove that this algorithm is effective when the bitrate islow.[
