摘要
运用DTA、TG、热台显微镜和EGA,并辅以UV分析,研究了葡萄糖酸锌的耐热性,得到了保持其不变质的最高短时耐受温度及常温至566℃的温区内所发生的基本变化过程。还在DTA曲线配合下,用两种热重灵敏度测得的TG实验结果,经统计计算后得到了葡萄糖酸锌的最高结晶水数。文中还指出了不同干燥条件对结晶水量有着明显的影响,使结晶水数可在0~3范围内变动。
The thermal stability of zinc gluconate was studied by using DTA,TG,thermomicroscopy,EGA,and UV. Its decomposition processes were determind which involved (1)dehydration in the temperature range from 103 to 159℃; (2) melting and decomposition from 159 to 211℃ ;and (3)oxidation and decomposition,or carbon burning from 211 to 566℃. The heat-resisting temperature of zinc gluconate is 211℃,It is mach lower than b.p. of edible oil. Its maximum number of crys tallization water was determined as three by statistical calculation. The dry conditions have obvious influence on the number of crystallization water. The number of crystallization water changes bettwen 0 and 3 with the dry conditions.
