摘要
测定了几种天然锰(NMD)、电解锰(EMD)和化学锰(CMD)的等酸点pH值(pHeap);放电试验发现:pHeap低的MnO_2,电化学活性好,电池电压高,比能量大,大电流连续放电性能优越;pHeap高的MnO_2利用率低,这种差别在铵型电池中尤为显著;常用三种类型的MnO_2其pHeap NMD>EMD>CMD;利用pHeap的高低来判断相同类型MnO_2的活性,准确性和精密度都较高。
pH values on equi - acidity points (pHeap) of NMD,EMD and CMD samples were measured. Through discharge tests it was found that the MnO2 of lower pHeap had better electrochemical activity, higher cell voltage,energy density.also showed better performances in heavy duty and continuous discharge. The higher pHeap MnO2 had lower utilization efficiency,especially in NH4C1 battery. As a role the pHeap of common MnO2 showed NMD>EMD)CMD. The activity of MnO2 can be precisely judged by pHeap.
