摘要
韩国是全球海运业的“大户”，但是多年来韩国政府为陈旧落后的码头设备和港口基础设施短缺所困扰，因此必须迅速更新扩建港口，韩国才能赶上历史发展的潮流。已经充分意识这一点的韩国政府拨出22亿美元巨资，专项投资韩国九大港口现代化工程建设，解决目前港口的拥挤问题，提高港口的装卸能力和生产效率。
South Korea plays an important role in global shipping industry. But the country worried about its equipment and short of infrastructure of ports. For this, the country allocates US$2.2 billion specially to invest the nine ports for the modernization construction.
