二甲基喃酮致畸性实验研究

摘要 国内学者于1988年先次报导了“公认安全”的食用香料二甲基呋喃酮具有明显的致突变活性。本研究则用传统的哺乳动物致畸实验研究进一步证明了HDMF的潜在危害性。大剂量的HDMF(570mg/kg)可导至吸收胚和早死胎数明显增变,表明对大鼠胚胎的早期发育有明显的毒性。同时也明显地影响胎鼠的外形畸变和骨骼发育,其致畸作用是明显的。呼吁有关部门应对本品的应用取慎重态度。 Furaneol ( 4-hydroxy-2, 5-dimethyl-3 (2h) furanone HDMF ) is generally recognized as safe (FEMA : 3174 and COE : 536). Its distinct mutagenicity was reported first in 1988.The traditional mammalian teratogenic assay was conducted with HDMF.The numbers of reabsorption and early fetal death increased significantly at the dose level of 570mg/Kg. The results showed that HDMF affects not only the early development of embryos, but also the structural development of fetus. The teratogenic effect of HDMF is significant. The prudent consideration should be taken towards the use of HDMF.
