摘要 随着敏感性电子设备的增多,电能质量问题已经受到电力系统和用户越来越多的关注。暂态电能质量问题日益突出,电容器投切造成的暂态扰动是其中较为常见的一种。对扰动源进行定位将有助于明确供用电双方的责任,通过监测到的电压电流瞬时值,在扰动功率定义的基础上,根据Parseval定理,采用小波变换计算扰动发生期间三相瞬时功率信号能量的变化。由能量变化极性的正负,并结合扰动功率的第一个峰值的极性,提出了判断电容器投切相对位置的新判据,仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性。 With the proliferation of sensitive electronic loads,more and more attention are paid to power quality. The transient power quality problems become more important. Capacitor switching which brings transient disturbance is a common power quality event. Locating the disturbance sources will help to confirm to which the responsibility belongs,the power system or the customers. Based on the disturbance power and Parseval's theorem,the sampled voltage and current waveforms are used to calculate the change of three-phase instantaneous power energy by wavelet transform. With the polarity of energy change during the disturbance and the polarity of initial disturbance power peak,a new criterion is proposed to determine the relative location of the switching capacitor. Simulative results have confirmed its effectiveness.
