摘要
开发了一个基于SolidWorks的智能注塑模具CAD系统 ,阐述了注塑模具CAD的总体推理过程 ,设计开发了注塑模具设计知识库和数据库 ,并设计了一个简洁、直观、操作简单的注塑模具专用界面 ,可在注塑模具设计过程中调用知识库中的知识和数据库中的数据进行推理 ,实现注塑模具CAD系统的智能化 .还对SolidWorks的二次开发技术 ,利用VisualBasic的对象链接和嵌入技术 ,对建立动态链接库文件的技术作了一定的研究 .最后给出了注塑模具设计过程的例子以及结论 .
An intelligent injection mold CAD system based on SolidWorks is developed and the whole reasoning process of injection mold design is described. The knowledge database is established for the design course of injection mold. A laconic, simple interface for injection mold is designed in order to make this system more acceptable. When designing plastic mold with this CAD system, users can reason by transferring data of knowledge database. This paper also describes the technologies of SolidWorks second development and creating DLL files by using OLE of Visual Basic. An example for the injection mold design by means of the system named S3DMAD and conclusions are given.
