摘要
本文介绍了不同交联度聚丙烯酸丁酯(PBA)乳液接枝氯乙烯(PBA-g-VC)和聚氯乙烯(PVC)的合成,表征了 PBA-g-VC 的性质,研究了 PBA 乳液的引入对氯乙烯聚合体系的影响。结果表明,随 PBA 交联度增加,聚合反应速度及产物中均聚物的分子量分布有较明显的变化,而产物的凝胶含量、均聚物平均分子量则变化不大。此外,本文还对产生上述现象的机理进行了探讨。
Graft copolymers of vinyl chloride onto poly(n-butyl acrylate)with different crosslinking density are synthesized by suspension polymerization,and characterized by IR spectra, GPC,viscometer etc.The experimental rsults show that,the distinct change of rate of polymerization and the molecular weight distribution of PVC homopolymer in grafts can be noted with the increase in crosslinking density of PBA backbone,where as the change of the average molecular weight of PVC and insoluble gel percentage of the grafts are not pronounced.Furthermore,the possible mechanism resulting in above phenomena is discussed.
