摘要
分析影响垃圾焚烧炉燃烧稳定性的几个重要因素,考虑到垃圾特性的复杂多变及垃圾焚烧炉燃烧过程的非线性、时变性和不确定性,提出一个适合于垃圾焚烧炉燃烧过程的模糊控制规则库。并将设计的模糊控制系统应用于深圳市市政环卫综合处理厂垃圾焚烧炉燃烧控制系统改造中,改造后的垃圾焚烧炉运行稳定性得到了提高,炉温波动范围变小,取得了较好的效果。
The main factors, affecting the combustion stability of destructor, were analyzed in the paper. By taking into account the changeful of rubbish ingredients and non-linearity, time variation and unsteadiness of burning process in destructor, the fuzzy control model for the destructor was proposed in the paper. A fuzzy controller was designed and applied in the retrofitting of control system of Shenzhen Refuse Incineration and Multi-treatment Plant. The operation result of destructor showed that the combustion stability was obviously improved, temperature variation was small, with better effect achieved.
