摘要
目的报道应用逆行指背动脉皮瓣修复邻指指背皮肤缺损的经验。方法对6例指背皮肤缺损应用邻指逆行指背动脉皮瓣进行修复。结果6例皮瓣5例成活,1例失败。结论应用逆行指背动脉皮瓣修复邻指指背皮肤缺损方法简便,效果可靠。
Objective To report the experience of using reverse dorsal d igital flap to repair the defect of the adjacent finger dorsum skin. Method Six cases of defects of the finger dorsum skin were treated by using adjacent revers e dorsal digital flap. Results Five cases of the repair were uneventful and one had necrosis. Conclusion This operation is an effective method for the treatment of finger dorsum skin defect.
