摘要
目的探讨封闭式负压吸引技术在骨筋膜室综合征中的治疗作用。方法16例四肢骨折并发骨筋膜室综合征患者采用封闭式负压吸引技术持续治疗7d,维持40kPa负压。结果16例骨筋膜室综合征患者全部得到迅速控制,肢体肿胀消退。切开减压创面肉芽生长新鲜,无1例发生创面感染。结论封闭式负压吸引技术能迅速彻底对骨筋膜室减压,避免创面污染,工作量小,患者痛苦小。
Objective To explore therapeutic effects of the closed negat ive pressure sucking technique in management of osteofascial compartment syndrom e. Methods 16 cases of fracture in extremities with osteofascial compartment syn dromes were treated with closed negative pressure sucking technique for 7 days, and 40kPa negative sucking maintained. Results All the 16 cases of osteofascial compartment syndromes were controlled rapidly, swelling of extremities subsided, fresh granulation tissue grew well, and no wound was infected. Conclusion Close d negative pressure sucking technique can decompress rapidly and completely oste ofascial compartment, avoid contamination of wounds, and have less workload for doctor and less suffering for patients.
